"There's comfort in knowing that a loving God knows best." Mr. Days life will be celebrated Saturday, January 9th, 2021 2:00 P.M. at Betty J. Blunt Memorial Chapel at TR Dallas Funeral and Cremation Services. A visitation will be held 5-7 P.M. Friday, January 8th. Robert final resting place will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Clearwater, Florida.  

Robert Lee Days was born on May 1, 1953 in Raleigh, Florida to Ernest Days, Sr and Edna McDonald.

Robert was educated in the Levy county school system, where he graduated from Williston High School.  After graduating from Williston High School, he attended college on a baseball scholarship.  Fuss as he was known to family and friends enlisted in the United States Army, where he served for 4 years and later worked for UPS United Postal Services retiring with over 34 years. He was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Largo, Florida under the leadership of Reverend Willie McClendon.  He was married to the former Dierdre Pittman for over 27years where he was blessed with three additional sons.

On December 30, 2020 the Lord called Robert Lee Days home, awaiting his homecoming is his mother, Edna Mae McDonald Days, brother, Ernest Days, Jr., sister, Ernestine Days, and other family members and friends.

Robert Lee Days leaves to cherish his memories his wife; Dierdra Days, children, Jennifer Days (Gary), Robert Lee Days, Jr., step children; Larry Redding, Dederick Redding, and Travis Redding, father, Ernest Days, Sr., siblings; Daniel Days (Carleen), Andre Days (Julian), Rodney Days (Kathy), Irene Davis, Alberta Crawford, Brenda Days, and Phyllis Brown, brother-in-law Jonathan Pittman, two sister-in-laws; Granda Small and Nicole Days, one uncle Thomas Days, Sr., (Deloris) of Raleigh, FL; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.  Please note that masks and social distancing are required.
