Life Celebration Services are presently visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 from the hours of 5-7 p.m. at TR Dallas Funeral and Cremation Services. Finial rites will be in Palatka, Florida. Arrangements will be entrusted to Karl N. Flagg Funeral Home, Palatka, FL.
