Mr. Jack Jacobs of Clearwater, Florida was born on July 12, 1956 - after 66 years of living, God has decided to call him into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 3, 2022.

Funeral Services to honor and celebrate his life is presently visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 from the hours of 12 PM-5PM with Celebration of Life held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 11 AM at Betty J. Blunt Memorial Chapel located at TR Dallas Funeral and Cremation Services. There will be no viewing after the processional
