Henry departed this life on January 9, 2021 in Palm Harbor, FL.

He is predeceased by parents, Baileum and Rosa Lee Goins, Brother, John W. Goins, Sisters Gracie P. Fields, Charlie Mae Thomas, Rosa Lee Douglas and Lovie Louise Pool.
