Gregory “Greg” Sampson

On April 20, 2020, Gregory Maurice Sampson was called home to be with his Lord and Savior. He received the greatest grace of external peace, where there is no sadness or tears. 

Gregory Maurice Sampson was born April 2, 1972, to the late Horace James Sampson and Margaret Adams in Miami, Florida. 

 Gregory was proceeded in death by his father, Horace James Sampson; stepfather James Edward Adams; grandparents Enoch Sampson Sr. and Martha Ola Sampson, Walter and Ossie Odoms great grandparents; Samuel Earl and Susie Bell Chester.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories: wife Carolyn Sampson, mother Margaret Adams, mother-in-law Denise Jenkins. Daughters, Camia Sampson and Grekeyana Sampson. grandchildren; Yazaria, Yalani, DaQuan Jr., and DaJuan, brothers; Micheal Bryant Sr., Eric Sampson Sr. (Carolyn), Daryl Adams Sr. (Valarie), Kareem Adams Sr., Jermaine Adams, brother in law; Latrenda Jenkins, Jennifer Braxton (Weston Jr) and Precious Jenkins, aunts; Joyce Faison, Linda Crawford, Brenda Gundrum, Angerine Odoms. Uncles Bobby Brown, Joseph Brown, Willie Gundrum, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Devoted friends David and Ebony Jackson, Robert (Bimp) Hill, Daniel Hill, Michael (Disco) Butler Sr., Wilbur Hall Sr., and Martin (Mann) Bristol.

Viewing will be held on Friday, 5-7 P.M.  May 1, 2020 at The Church of the Apostles (12055 Jackson Rd) Thonotosassa, FL 33592. Graveside services will be held private. At the request of the family they are asking you leave your condolences on www.trdallas.com.  We are asking family and friends to pay their respects and to follow the CDC guidelines.
