Mr. Fornie Eugene Moore was born on August 26, 1944 in Union Springs, Alabama and was raised in Roba, Alabama to the late Beatrice and Fornie E. Moore, Sr.
He was educated in the Macon County school system graduating class of 1962. Fornie served our country in the military and was employed as a cement finisher. He was loving inside and out, he enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends at gatherings and attending NASCAR races on Friday nights. Fornie loved watching old westerns and WWE wrestling with his wife on Monday nights.
On Sunday, April 11, 2021 the Lord called Fornie Eugene Moore home. Waiting for him was his parents Beatrice and Fornie Moore, Sr., his wife Mary Louise Jackson-Moore, his son Julius Cooney, sister, Dorothy Moore, and brother Leroy Moore.
Fornie leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Julia Wilson (Leon), grandchildren, Samone Jenkins, Kyla Cooney, Julius Cooney, Julian Cooney, Terell Cooney, James Cooney, Brian and Lavarous Wilson. Fornie leaves a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and sorrowing friends.
