Emory Mathis Harris
Emory Mathis Harris was born on December 2, 1969, to Rosemary Harris and Richard Green. He was raised within the Ridgecrest Community of Largo, Florida, in the home of his mother and beloved maternal grandmother the late Mrs. Annie Ree Harris.
Emory attended the Pinellas County Schools and in 1997 he decided to further his education at Pinellas Technical College, where he obtained his certification in Culinary Arts. He was employed as a cook for many years and enjoyed using his skills on the barbeque grill. Emory also enjoyed working as a disc jockey bringing a time of enjoyment to all. The importance of family values was instilled in Emory from childhood, so he had a strong love for family. Emory attended The Christ Church of Universal Love with his wife.
Emory was joined in Holy Matrimony to Mrs. Angelic Murphy on September 29, 2009, and the two of them remained loving and devoted to one another, until his demise on January 11, 2021.
He is predeceased by his set of twin children, Emory and Emily Harris, maternal grandmother who played a vital role in his upbringing, Mrs. Annie Ree Harris and sister, Ra´shed Green.
