Cecelia Jasmin Lowe

Cecelia Jasmin Lowe was born in Bridgetown, Barbados  on October 11, 1952. She is survived by her daughter Nicole and son Toney. She has two grandchildren, Bruce and Aliyah, and one great grandchild, Asaiyah. 
Life is a privilege, and even greater a privilege, to have shared so many timeless memories. You loved with no conditions and never passed judgement. Your passion and joy  to live each day to the fullest radiated in your smile and your selfless efforts. Your presence was undeniable and your heart so warm. Undoubtedly, you will be missed, but your legacy lives on through those you have left behind.  You taught us to let the ones we love and hold dear to our hearts, know what they mean to us each day, as our next is not a guarantee. 
Heaven is so fortunate to have gained you as angel. May you Rest In Peace.
