Rosa Lee Redding, daughter of Fannie and Herman Anderson Sr, was born on September 16,
1941 in Edison Georgia. She transitioned to her Heavenly home on Thursday, December 19,
2024.
Rosa moved to Florida and made Largo her home. She retired from St. Marks Village in Palm
Harbor after many years of service. She was a faithful member of St. Mary's Baptist Church In
Largo. Rosa enjoyed finding treasures at local thrift stores, giving a new life to them at her home
to enjoy and share with her family. She also enjoyed spending time with her many grandchildren
and great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
In addition to her parents, Rosa is preceded in death by Ozelle "Zeke" Redding and her loving
son Daniel Smith. Her life will be remembered and cherished by Gwendolyn and Victor Lonon,
Jesse Smith, Patrick Smith, Walter Williams, Frankie and Laura Williams, Michael and Libby
Williams, Carleen Williams and Willie Williams. She also leaves 21 grandchildren and 34
great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
