Robert Lee Barnes, born March 22, 1944, in Dothan, Alabama, departed from this world on July 16, 2026, in Clearwater, Florida. As sunlight threads softly through moss-draped oaks and the hush of memory stirs gentle echoes, those who knew Robert are drawn to reflect on a life lived with quiet strength, resilience, and heart.

A memorial service in his honor will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 25, 2026, at Bethany C.M.E. Church, 1325 Springdale Street, Clearwater, FL 33755. All whose lives Robert touched are invited to gather, to remember, and to celebrate a legacy woven quietly, lovingly, through the very fabric of our days. The family is asked to assemble at the church at 12:30 PM to from the processional.
