Richard Howard, Sr., was born on September 4, 1955 in Ocala, Florida to the late Mary L. Richardson and Will Richardson.& Richard attended Seminole High School and worked several years for Scarborough pipe lining company until he retired. Richard leaves to mourn his memories his wife of 17 years Cynthia Moreland Howard, seven children; Xavier, Roger, Anthony, Demorris, Blake, Francesca and the late Richard Howard, Jr who precedes him in death. Richard was also accompanied by a special friend for several years Regina Pointsett Livingston who was there every step of the way. Richard leaves to mourn his sister Leola Richardson and brother Johnny Lee. He also leaves a special and close friend Cory and a host of grandchild, great grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends. May he rest in peace and God be with him.
