Mr. Leroy Neal, Jr., 65 of Clearwater, FL who was born on Monday, June 24, 1957. He departed from this earthly life on Wednesday, 29, 2023.

His life will be commemorated by family and friends with a gathering &Saturday, February 11, 2023.

Leroy Neal, Jr. was born on June 24, 1956 in Louisville, Georgia to the Leroy Neal, Sr. and Lizza Kate Neal.

Leroy grew up in Louisville, Georgia and was educated in the Jefferson county school system. Leroy was enlisted the United States Army, serving his country until he retired and relocated to Clearwater, Florida in 2001.

Leroy loved his family, in enjoyed fishing, cooking, and was a caring person, who was always one phone call away for family or friends.

On January 29, 2023, Leroy transitioned at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida.

He leaves to cherish his memories, daughter Chelsea Neal, Sisters Levonne Duncan(Morris) Stacey Bell(Curtis) God daughter, Wa'dasja Hilton, stepsisters, Brokie Freeman, Shanda (Morris Duncan), brother, Willie Garden, stepbrother, Jeffery (Elza Avery), uncle, Tommy Neal and a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss him.

Final Care and Compassionate Services are being provided to this Family with love, care and uncompromising dignity by TR Dallas Funeral and Cremation Services.
