Mr. Kevin A. Young was born on February 1, 2003, in St. Petersburg, Florida to Latoya T. Dortch and Gregory A. Young.

He was educated in Pinellas County Schools and was to graduate from Clearwater High with the Class of 2021.

Kevin was active in Jr ROTC, he loved music, he ran track, he loved to entertain people whether by singing or having his own comedy hour. He loved swimming and relaxing by the water. He loved his family and friends. Kevin loved to cook, and he look forward to being a chef someday. He also took much pride in loving his two little sisters.

Kevin was preceded in death by: Bernice Morris (maternal great grandmother), Johnnie Mae Dortch & Eddie Dortch (paternal great grandparents) and Aunt Carolyn Dortch and great aunt Silva Dortch, and great uncle Leroy Porter. Great Grandmother Gladys Davis, Grandmother Gail Young, and Grandfather Alan Brady.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother Latoya T. Dortch (Leron Davis), of Spring Hill Fl. and his Father Gregory Young of St. Petersburg, FL. God parent Christa Douse. Loving Sisters, Jur'ni Bethune, and Deanna Reed. A host of other siblings. Grandparents: Priscilla(William) Lane of Cape Girardeau, MO; Grady F. Dortch Sr. of Pahokee, FL, God grandmothers, Maurice Mack of St. Petersburg, FL., Carolyn E. Hobbs of St. Petersburg, FL.
