Jessie worked for the city of Clearwater for 31 years before retirement.

Because his work was done on earth.Jessiet took the lords hand on Friday,June 26,2020 and went home to be with his Heavenly Father.

Jessie leaves to cherish his memories, sons,Tracey Davis, Quincy Bell Viljoen and Lance Lewis, daughters,Sonya Bell, Kimberly Bell, Kateline Lewis and Nakelle Lewis,one living sister,Janie Mae Bell-DeVaughn, his brothers,Henry Bell Sr., Lonnie Bell, Charlie Bell, Willie Bell, Joseph Bell and Walter Bell allwhom are deceased, sisters,Annie Bell,Oviedo Bell ,Mary Bell,Hannah Bell and Martha Bell all whom are deceased
a host of grandchildren, greatgrandchildren,Nephews,Nieces and cousins will spend days reflecting on the good times shared with Jessie
