Jeffrey Allan Quinn slipped into eternal rest with God on October 25, 2020 beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. Jeffrey was born on May 19, 1954 to David Pete Quinn and Joyce Patterson Quinn in Newburgh, New York. Jeffrey was preceded in death by both his parents and his beloved sister Grace.

Jeffrey was a proud US Marine serving his country during the Vietnam war as a military police officer as a youth he was part of the envoy drum and bugle corps. Jeffrey continue to serve his fellow veterans at The Albany Stratton VA medical center in Albany, New York, Franklin Delano Roosevelt VA medical center in Montrose, New York and continued to feed the cadets at the USMC Military Academy at West Point, New York where he retired as a chef. Jeffrey also had a catering business which his help was his family, his passion was fishing and cooking he could fish for hours.

Jeffrey leaves behind his wife Cathy Garrett Quinn of 20 years she was his best friend for 32 years. He leaves behind his children, sons; Antwonn Williams (Tish Williams) of Newburgh, New York, Josh Lowery (Anna Diaz) Wappingers Falls, New York, Andrew Lowery (Megan) of Wapperting Falls, New York; daughters; Joyce Williams of Hudson, Florida , Quinayetta Soto (Olga Quinn) of Clearwater, Florida, Ebony Burris of Troy, New York; Tamera Chance (Cory Chance) of Spring Lake, North Carolina; Martina Lowery Boone (Jarrid Boone) of Spring Lake ,North Carolina. He is survived by his brothers; David Quinn (Dorothy) of Pensacola, Florida, Adam Quinn and his fiancé (Melinda Evans) Pensacola, Florida and Tampa, Florida, Edward Quinn of Newburgh, New Yok, Joel Quinn (Dorthea Patterson Quinn) of Newburgh, New York, Christopher Quinn (Wanda Quinn ) of Kissimmee, Florida. He leaves behind 21 grandchildren and 11 great grands and a host of nieces and nephews. To all our friends and family we will miss Jeffrey Babe, Pop-Pop, Dad but we have to let you go see you in the next life, Babe can you a save a spot for me G.
