Mr. James " Doc" Neal, Sr., 57 of Clearwater, FL who was born on Tuesday, October 5, 1965. He departed from this earthly life on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.

James Life will be remembered and celebrated on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from the hours of 4-6PM at the funeral home with visitation only.&
