He transitioned on Monday, March 8, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Preceding him in his passing is aunt Latasha Evans, paternal great grandfather Willie Marcus and maternal grandfather Willie Evans.

Ivon was affectionately known as "Spazz "to family and friends was educated in the Pinellas County School system. He was baptized at an early age. He was loved by his family and friends.&

Ivon leaves to cherish his precious memories his parents; Ivon J. Cobbs, Sr and Barbara Evans both of Clearwater, FL; siblings. Ivyon Cobbs, Jaliyah Cobbs, Jacquey Evans, Shakiah Cobbs, London Cobbs, King Cobbs, and Sire Cobbs, maternal grandparent Bessie Bessie Dixon, paternal grandparents, Ivan Cobbs Sr and Dorothy Jackson, paternal great grandmother, Vivian Gardner, aunts; Quanda Dixon, Onelia Larkins, Kim Evans, Carmalitha Muhmmad, Kalisha Cobbs, and Jessica Saylor, uncles; Worthy Jackson and Ivan Cobbs, Jr., and host of other relatives and friends.
