Frederick Bernard Seay affectionately called "Fred" by family and friends, departed this life on Friday, June 26, 2019.

Frederick was born to the late Florine Seay and the late Wade Hicks, in Albany, GA.&He was reared by the late Odester and Charlie Paschal in St. Petersburg, FL.

Frederick graduated from Dixie Hollins Senior High School class of 1984, continuing his education at St. Petersburg College receiving some college credits. Frederick played little league football with the St. Pete Green Devils and High School football with the Dixie Hollins Rebels.

Frederick was an awesome Culinary Chef, which landed him many jobs throughout Florida and California.

Frederick was a well-loved person with a great big heart for all that he encountered.

He leaves to mourn his loss and cherish his memories:

Four Daughters:Devin Carr, Shannell Swain, Alexis Johnson and Damaris Seay

Two Sons: Rayni Adams, and Julian Russell

Five Sisters:Annie Tucker, Teresa Hicks, Verna Mae Kelly, Deborah Clemons and Dorothy Pettis

Five Brothers: Stephen Seay, Antonio Seay, Leonard Hicks, Scott Tyler and Bishop Al Baldwin

11 Grandchildren

Several aunts, great aunts, uncles, great uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted close friends.
