The late Sister Fannie Mae Dash was born in Clearwater, Florida December 6, 1944 to the late Minister Hezekiah Boykins and Sister Nellie Boatwright Boykins. ShemarriedDeacon Leon Dash Sr.Sister Dashgave her life to the Lord at the early age of 9 atthe Apostolic Church of Jesus, Largo, FL under the leadership of the late Elder George M. Mosley andlater underElder Melvin A. Lee. She served faithfully as the churchrecording secretary.

Sister Dashretired from Honeywell Aerospace after 38 yearsof employment.Sheplayed animportantpartfor the defense of our country inthe Space Shuttleprogram,working on Flight Control of the Columbia and Challenger and various other vitalimportantprograms.

She leaves to cherish her memories: threedaughters,Andrea Renee Robinson, Elaine Dash Wade(Jonathan) Clearwater, FLand Sharon Dash Jones (Jeffrey) Tampa, FL. Very special granddaughter BrittaneyLashay Williams Thomas (Harry)New Port Richey, FL.Brother Donald Davis (Diane) St. Petersburg, FL.Grandchildren Jonathan II, Breon, Damon,Tashyra, Jeffrey Ryan, Mathew IV, Jordan and Morgan; and24 great-grandchildren,a host ofcousinsandother sorrowing family and friends.

Shewaspreceded in death by herparents,son Leon Dash Jr.;daughter LadwaynaDenise DashGilghrest.
