Deloris V. Bell 84 of Clearwater, Florida departed on Monday, March 2, 2026.  Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026, 11:00 AM at Church of the Reconciler Presbyterian (915 Drew Street) Clearwater, FL 33755. The family is asked to assemble at 10:30 AM to form the cortege.
