My family I love you. I have gone to rest now. I am proceeded in Heaven by my Father Charlie Collins III. I leave with you my mother Charlene (David) Coy and my beloved Grandmother Easter (Vincent) Morris.

To my beloved children, Willie Rhodes, David Ford Jr, Tshanda Mangham, Marquiesha Ellerby, Marteka Ellerby, and Nazaria Doctor; I love each one of you with all my heart. I will miss you, but I will never be far from you. Remember I love you and will be with you always. Be at peace and happy.

To my beautiful grandchildren; Nevaeh, Mariah, Aliyah, Amilia, Davon, Selena, Contrell, and Rihanna Remember that grandma love you and I will always be with you.

To my Special Friends; Alicia Shine, Bridget Mazion and Tarra Meteye my love to you always. I leave you wonderful memories to hold close.
