It is with a sorrowful heart that the staff and management of T. R. Dallas Funeral & Cremation Services, along with The Rackard-Jackson Family announce the passing of The Late:
Mrs. Charlene Rackard-Jackson (60) of Tampa, Florida formally of Largo, FL– entered the sunset of life on Monday, November 10, 2025.
Visitation will be held 5-7PM Friday, November 21, 2025, at the funeral home. Celebration of life will be Saturday, November 22, 2025, 11:00 AM at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Interment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
The family will assemble at Artz for Life at 10:00 AM to form the cortege.
