Her life will be celebrated on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 2 PM at St. John Primitive Baptist Church (1002 Palmetto St, Clearwater, FL 33755. She will lie in stateon Friday, July 5, 2019 from 6-8 PM at St. John Primitive Baptist Church with wake servicefrom 7-8 PM.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her devoted husband of 42 years; Richard Streater, Children, Devon, Chimere, Alise, Anette, Tony, and Shaun, grandchildren; Charod, Donnell, Markell, and Undrea, one great granddaughter; Serinity, sisters; Denise Scott (Ken), Sheila Sims, Charlene Jackson (Nate), brothers; Charles Rackard, Jr (Roslyn) and Kelvin Rackard, 4 sister in laws, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
