Bettye J. Marshall, born June 22, 1952 in Sarasota, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2026 in Hudson, Florida, at the age of 74. Bettye's journey through life was distinguished by dedication to her family, resilience, and an enduring commitment to those she loved.

From her earliest years in Sarasota, Bettye was embraced by the love and guidance of her parents, Ida Mae and Frank Marshall, both of whom preceded her in death. Throughout her life, she remained firmly rooted in the values instilled by her family and the community that supported her.

Bettye is survived by her beloved sons, Juan Marshall and Aruthur Cloud, who were a source of pride and joy in her later years. Her guidance, wisdom, and steadfast support shaped their lives in immeasurable ways. She cherished every moment spent with her sons, creating lasting memories that will continue to inspire them.

Bettye’s presence was marked by kindness, resilience, and a warm smile that touched all who knew her. She carried the lessons of her upbringing with grace, always striving to serve as a model for compassion and strength. While her physical presence will be profoundly missed, the legacy she leaves in the lives of her family endures.

A visitation in her memory will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at TR Dallas Funeral & Cremation Services, 1479 S. MLK Ave., Clearwater, Florida. The following day, a Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 2104 12th Street Southwest, Largo, Florida.

Bettye J. Marshall will be remembered for her devotion to family and her quiet yet steadfast spirit. Her absence leaves a void, but her legacy will continue through the love she shared and the values she upheld.
