God was walking in His garden, One He made with His own hand. Pausing there He found one ready, He chose him with His own hand.
It is with deep sadness that the Riley and Wymes Family, grant the staff of TR Dallas Funeral & Cremations Services permission to promulgate to all on the passing of their beloved father, son, brother, grandson, nephew and child of God:
Alfonsa D.& Riley, Jr. of Clearwater, FL was born on August 29,1996. After 24 blessed years, God decided to call him home to take his eternal rest on Friday, June 25, 2021.
Home Going Celebration Services are currently, Visitation, Friday, July 9, 2021 5-7PM St. John Primitive Baptist Church (1002 Palmetto Street, Clearwater, FL 33756), Celebration of Life Saturday, July 10, 2021 2PM at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church (1124 Harvey's Lane) ,on behalf of the loving Riley and Wymes Family.

A Time to Be Born:
On August 29, 1996, in Clearwater, FL God blessed the late Mellanice B. Flournoy and Alfonsa Riley Sr. with a baby boy whom they named Alfonsa D. Riley Jr. affectionally known as "Alfie".
A Time to Be Saved:
At a young age, Alfie was baptized and joined the St. John Primitive Baptist Church under the leadership of Elder Benjamin Adams Jr. While growing up at St. John, Alfie participated in the youth ministry as a youth choir member, youth usher, Sunday School student and attended youth district conventions.
A Time to Learn:
Alfie attended Pinellas County School District graduating from Dunedin High School Class of 2014. He also attended St. Petersburg College pursuing an Associate's Degree.
A Time to Fulfill His Passion:
Alfie being a lover of basketball, enjoyed playing and watching the sport. He played on the Dunedin High J.V. and Varsity basketball teams as well as played on the St. Petersburg College Titans Men's Basketball Team. Alfie shared his passion and gift for basketball and was an Assistant Coach with Black Top Athletics.
A Time to Transition:
On June 25, 2021, God transitioned Alfie from life to life everlasting. Awaiting Alfie at heaven's gates were his mother, Mellanice Flournoy whom he missed, and his heart longed for, and his paternal grandfather Emmit Riley Sr.
A Time to Be Remembered:
Alfie leaves to cherish his life, love and smile his
Son – Aiden Riley
Father and Stepmother – Alfonsa Sr. and Nicole Riley
Three Sisters – Jaleesah Riley, Zayah Riley and Kiara Wiley
Two loving and supportive Grandmothers - Mariah Riley and Rosalyn Wymes
Grandparents – Leroy Bryant, Rose Dixon and Alphonso Rutledge
Godmother-Jannie Daniels
A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
